SohoWare records project warranty obligations in contractual documentation so the customer understands which work, equipment and implementation stages are covered by warranty support.
Terms depend on project scope, equipment type, installation and commissioning volume, and operation and maintenance requirements. This page summarizes the core warranty principles, claim procedure and documents that may be required for a warranty case.
Warranty for work, equipment and commissioning
The SohoWare warranty covers work performed within an agreed project: design, installation, configuration, commissioning and other stages specified in the contract. Duration, responsibility scope and defect-remedy procedure are defined individually for each project and recorded in documents.
Equipment warranty follows manufacturer terms and remains valid when operation, installation, connection and scheduled maintenance rules are observed. If equipment is used in violation of technical requirements or without required maintenance, warranty obligations may be limited.
Commissioning receives separate attention. Correct system setup, operating-mode checks and proper handover help reduce failure risk and ensure stable operation after launch. When needed, SohoWare helps with diagnostics, consultations and further project support.
A warranty case is reviewed based on the customer's request, design and as-built documentation, completion certificates, equipment data and description of the problem. This procedure helps identify the cause faster and choose the right way to remedy it.
The warranty does not cover improper operation, unauthorized intervention, failure to follow regulations, mechanical damage, emergency situations, external factors or changes to the system made without approval. Detailed conditions are always specified in the contract and project documents.
